If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any piece within 30 days the shipment date for a full and prompt refund or exchange.

Please note the following when returning an item to us:

• Items that have been modified per customer request cannot be return.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item was ship using our free shipping policy, there will be a charge of $5.99 for returning items.
• Shipping charges when returning an item(s) must be pay by the customer.
• Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure proper credit for return. Please send us a note or call us at 305-788-2649

• All returns must be accompanied by your order number, RMA, name of the client, billing address and reason for return.
• Please mail your item(s) back in their original packaging.
• You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Once we have received the returned package, you should expect your return to be processed within one week.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
